Air fried Dinner rolls

-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 500g

-Khameer (Instant yeast) 1 tbs

-Sugar powdered ¼ Cup

-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp

-Anda (Egg) 1

-Cooking oil 3 tbs

-Doodh (Milk) warm ¾ Cup

-Anda (Egg) whisked 1

-Til (Sesame seeds) black & white



-In a flour kneading machine,add all-purpose flour,instant yeast,sugar,salt,egg,cooking oil & milk,use dough hook attachment & knead until dough is formed (approx. 8 minutes).

-With the help of greased hands,knead dough again until smooth.

-Grease dough with cooking oil,cover with cling film & let it proof for 1 hour at warm place.

-Transfer the dough on a clean working surface,take a small quantity of dough (90g) and make a smooth ball.

-Flatten the dough and fold all the dough edges towards inside & make a smooth ball,pinch & seal.

-Place baking paper on air fryer basket,make holes with skewer & grease with cooking oil.

-Place dough balls,cover with cling film & proof for 30-40 minutes or until double in size.

-Apply egg wash with the help of brush & sprinkle sesame seeds (makes 9-10).

-Air fry at 160C for 10 minutes.
