Chicken Tikka Crepes

Ingredients:

  • Mon Salwa Chicken Tikka boti 235g
  • Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
  • Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 large
  • Shimla mirch (Capsicum) chopped 1 medium
  • Hari mirch (Green chilli) chopped 1 tbs
  • Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
  • Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp
  • Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbs
  • Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2-3 tbs
  • Cheddar cheese grated 1 Cup

Prepare Crepes:

  • Anday (Eggs) 2
  • Doodh (Milk) 1 Cup
  • Water ½ Cup
  • Namak (Salt) ½ tsp
  • Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 1 Cup
  • Cooking oil 2 tbs
  • Cooking oil

Directions:

Roughly chop chicken tikka boti into small cubes with the help of knife & set aside.

In a wok,add cooking oil,chopped chicken tikka boti,mix well & cook on medium flame for 3-4 minutes.

Add onion,capsicum,green chilli,salt,cumin seeds,red chilli crushed and lemon juice,mix well & cook for 2 minutes.

Add fresh coriander and mix well.

Let it cool.

Add cheddar cheese,mix well & set aside.

Prepare Crepes:

In a bowl,add eggs & whisk well.

Add milk,water,salt & whisk again.

Gradually add all-purpose flour & whisk well until smooth.

Add cooking oil & whisk well.

Grease 9” inch frying pan with cooking oil,add 1/3 cup of prepared batter,spread evenly & cook on low flame from both sides until light golden.

Take out crepe on a clean surface,add prepared chicken filling in the center (3-4 tbs),fold & brush crepe batter,fold all sides & press gently.

Grease frying pan with cooking oil & cook folded crepe from both sides until golden brown (1 minute each side) (makes 6).

Cut into desired shape & serve!
