Ingredients:

Chicken Nuggets with Noodles:

  • Pani (Water) 2 Cups
  • Kolson Fiery Chatpata Noodles doodles 1 pack
  • Chicken boneless cubes 300 gms (pat dry)
  • Bread slice 1
  • Dried parsley 1 tsp
  • Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) 2 tbs
  • Lehsan (Garlic) crushed 1 tsp
  • Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp or to taste
  • Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
  • Anda (Egg) 1
  • Chatpata taste maker 1 sachet
  • Breadcrumbs 3-4 tbs
  • Cooking oil 1 tsp
  • Breadcrumbs 1 Cup or as required
  • Cooking oil for frying

Vegetable Nuggets with Noodles:

  • Boiling water as required
  • Aloo (Potatoes) cubes 1 Cup
  • Gajar (Carrot) cubes 1 Cup
  • Phool gobhi (Cauliflower) 1 Cup
  • Matar (Peas) ¼ Cup
  • Bread slice 1
  • Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) 3 tbs
  • Anda (Egg) 1
  • Corn kernels boiled ½ Cup
  • Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
  • Dried parsley 1 tsp
  • Onion powder 1 tsp
  • Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tsp
  • Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp or to taste
  • Chatpata taste maker 1 sachet
  • Bread slice 1
  • Cooking oil 1 tsp
  • Breadcrumbs 1 Cup or as required
  • Cooking oil for frying

Directions:

Chicken Nuggets with Noodles:

In saucepan,add water and bring it to boil.

Place strainer,add kolson noodle cake and boil for 2-3 minutes and keep stirring in between then strain & set aside.

In chopper,add chicken,bread slice,dried parsley,fresh coriander,garlic,black pepper powder,salt,egg, chatpata taste maker and chop until well combined.

Add breadcrumbs (if batter is too soft),chop well & set aside.

In bowl,add boiled noodles,cooking oil and mix well.

Now add chopped chicken mixture and mix well.

Grease hands with oil,take a mixture and make a nuggets shape (makes 18-20).

Now coat in breadcrumbs and can be stored for up to 1 month in freezer.

In frying pan,heat cooking oil and fry nuggets until golden brown.

Vegetable Nuggets with Noodles:

In boiling water,place strainer,add potatoes and boil for 2-3 minutes.

Add carrots and boil for 3 minutes.

Add cauliflower,peas and boil for 4-5 minutes then strain & let them cool.

In chopper,add bread slice,fresh coriander,boiled vegetables,egg,corn kernels,salt,dried parsley,onion powder,ginger garlic paste,black pepper powder,chatpata taste maker and chop until well combined.

Add bread slice (if batter is runny) and chop again.

In bowl,add boiled noodles,cooking oil and mix well.

Now add chopped vegetable mixture and mix well.

Grease hands with oil,take a mixture and make a nuggets shape (makes 18-20).

Now coat in breadcrumbs and can be stored for up to 1-2 weeks in freezer.

In frying pan,heat cooking oil and fry nuggets until golden brown.
