Restaurant Style Hummus 3 Different ways

Ingredients:

Easy Hummus:

-Safed chanay (Chickpeas) boiled 1 & ½ Cup (300g)

-Dahi (Yogurt) 3 tbs

-Tahini paste 4 tbs

-Extra virgin olive oil ¼ Cup

-Lemon juice 1 tbs

-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste

-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp

-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tbs

-Extra virgin olive oil

-Paprika powder

-Chanay (Chickpeas) boiled

-Green & black olives

-Fresh parsley

Lemon & Herb Hummus:

-Safed chanay (Chickpeas) boiled 1 & ½ Cup (300g)

-Dahi (Yogurt) 3 tbs

-Tahini paste 4 tbs

-Extra virgin olive oil ¼ Cup

-Lemon juice 1 & ½ tbs

-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste

-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp

-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tbs

-Hari mirch (Green chilli) 1

-Podina (Mint leaves) 1 Cup

-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) 1 Cup

-Fresh basil leaves 1 Cup

-Black olives

-Pickled jalapenos chopped

-Chanay (Chickpeas) boiled

-Extra virgin olive oil

-Podina (Mint leaves)

Beetroot Hummus:

-Chuqandar (Beetroot) cubes 2 medium

-Safed chanay (Chickpeas) boiled 1 & ½ Cup (300g)

-Dahi (Yogurt) 3 tbs

-Tahini paste 4 tbs

-Extra virgin Olive oil ¼ Cup

-Lemon juice 2 tbs

-Himalayan Pink salt 1 tsp

-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp

-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tbs

-Chuqandar (Beetroot) blanched

-Feta cheese crumbled

-Chanay (Chickpeas) boiled

-Extra virgin olive oil

 

Directions:

Easy Hummus:

-In a blender jug,add chickpeas,yogurt,tahini paste,olive oil,lemon juice,pink salt,cumin seeds,garlic powder & blend well its smooth (scrape sides in between).

-In serving dish,add classic hummus,olive oil,sprinkle paprika powder,chickpeas,black & green olives & garnish with fresh parsley & serve with pita bread.

Lemon & Herb Hummus:

-In a blender jug,add chickpeas,yogurt,tahini paste,olive oil,lemon juice,cumin seeds,pink salt,garlic powder,green chilli,mint leaves,fresh coriander,fresh basil leaves & blend well its smooth (scrape sides in between).

-In a serving dish,add green hummus,add black olives,pickled jalapenos,chickpeas,olive oil,garnish with mint leaves & serve with pita bread.

Beetroot Hummus:

-Blanched beetroot in boiling water for 4-5 minutes,strain & let it cool.

-In a blender jug,add chickpeas,yogurt,tahini paste,olive oil,lemon juice,cumin seeds,pink salt,garlic powder,blanched beetroot & blend well its smooth (scrape sides in between).

-In a serving dish,add beetroot hummus,beetroot,feta cheese,chickpeas,olive oil & serve with pita bread.
