New Paratha Aloo Wrap

Ingredients:

-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 2 medium

-Sirka (Vinegar) ¼ Cup

-Water ½ Cup

-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste

-Aloo (Potatoes) boiled 500g

-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped handful

-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste

-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp

-Garam masala powder ½ tsp

-Tandoori masala 1 tsp

-Chilli garlic sauce 2 tbs

-Mayonnaise 2 tbs

-Plain paratha

-Cooking oil 1-2 tbs

-Band gobhi (Cabbage) finely shredded

-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne

-Podina raita (Mint yogurt sauce)

-Paprika powder to taste

 

Directions:

-In a bowl,add onion,vinegar,water,pink salt,mix well & let them soak until served.

-In a dish,add potatoes & mash well with the help of masher.

-Add fresh coriander,pink salt,red chilli crushed,garam masala powder,tandoori masala,chilli garlic sauce, mayonnaise & mix until well combined.

-On paratha,add 3-4 tbs of prepared potato filling & spread evenly.

-On griddle,add cooking oil & heat it.

-Place paratha (potato side down) & cook for 1-2 minutes.

-Flip & on half side of paratha,add & spread cabbage,vinegar-soaked onion,capsicum,mint yogurt sauce,paprika powder,flip the other side of the paratha (makes 4-5) & serve!
