Mini Stuffed Paratha

Ingredients:

  • Anday (Eggs) 2
  • Tamatar (Tomato) chopped 2 tbs
  • Pyaz (Onion) chopped 2 tbs
  • Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1-2 tbs
  • Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
  • Cooking oil 2 tbs
  • Qeema (Mince) Mutton/Beef 250 gms
  • Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tsp
  • Tamatar (Tomato) chopped ¼ Cup
  • Pyaz (Onion) chopped ¼ Cup
  • Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) 2-3 tbs
  • Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) ½ tsp or to taste
  • Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp
  • Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tsp
  • Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ¼ tsp
  • Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
  • Cooking oil for frying

Directions:

In bowl,add eggs,tomato,onion,fresh coriander,salt,whisk well & set aside.

In wok,add cooking oil,mince and mix well until changes color.

Add ginger garlic paste and mix well for 2 minutes.

Add tomato,onion,fresh coriander,red chili powder,cumin seeds,coriander powder,turmeric powder, salt,mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes.

Cover and cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes then cook on high flame until oil separates.

Let it cool down.

On working table,place small dough,sprinkle flour and roll out with the help of rolling pin.

Add cooked mince,egg mixture and fold all edges of rolled dough and apply egg to seal the edges (makes 4-5).

In frying pan,heat cooking oil and fry on low flame from both sides until golden brown.
