Ingredients:

Prepare Chicken Tikka Filling:

-Mon Salwa Chicken tikka boti 350g

-Cooking oil 3-4 tbs

-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs

-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 2 medium

-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) chopped 1 medium

-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste

-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp

-Hari mirch (Green chilli) chopped 1 tbs

-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2 tbs

-Anday (Eggs) 3-4

-Doodh (Milk) ¼ Cup

-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ¼ tsp

-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste

-Cooking oil ½ tbs

-Cooking oil 1 tbs

-Mon Salwa spring roll pastry 8-10

-Cheddar cheese grated

-Mozzarella cheese grated

-Anday (Eggs) boiled & sliced 2-3

-Cooking oil 1 tsp

-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped

 

Directions:

Prepare Chicken Tikka Filling:

-Chop chicken tikka boti in small pieces with the help of knife & set aside.

-In a wok,add cooking oil,garlic & mix well.

-Add onion,mix well & fry until light golden.

-Add chicken tikka boti chopped  & mix well.

-Add capsicum,salt,black pepper crushed,green chilli,fresh coriander,mix well & set aside.

-In a dish,add eggs,milk,black pepper powder,salt,cooking oil & whisk well.

-Grease 6.5” inch small cooking pot with cooking oil.

-Now dip two spring roll pastry (7 x 7 inch) into egg mixture & place it in the cooking pot one by one.

-Add & spread prepared chicken tikka filling,cheddar cheese & mozzarella cheese.

-Dip the next two spring pastry into the whisked eggs and lay on the top and again add chicken tikka filling,cheddar cheese & mozzarella cheese.Repeat 2 layers of roll sheet & filling.

-Add egg slices & keep repeating the process till the last spring roll pastry is layered on the top and fold the edges & set (repeat 3 more layers of roll sheet & filling).

-Poke holes with wooden skewer & pour the remaining egg mixture on the top.

-Let it set for 2-3 minutes.

-Heat griddle,place cooking pan on it,cover & cook on high flame for 2-3 minutes to build up steam then lower the flame & continue cooking for 25-30 minutes.

-Scraps the sides through rubber spatula,carefully flip chatti pathiri on to a flat plate & set aside.

-Place frying pan & grease with cooking oil,place chatti pathiri back into the frying pa,cover and cook other side on low flame for 4-5 minutes.

-Take out on a serving plate and sprinkle fresh coriander.

-Cut into pieces & serve!
