Mango Iced Tea

  • Tea bags 4-5
  • Boiling Water 3 cups/750 ml
  • Water 2 cups
  • Sugar ½ cup or to taste
  • Lemon juice ¼ cup
  • Aam (Mango cubes) 3 medium
  • Ice cubes as required
  • Aam (Mango) chunks
  • Lemon slices


In a kettle add tea bags, boiling water, stir well, cover and let it steep for 2-3 minutes.

Discard the tea bags and reserve black tea for later use.

In a sauce pan add water, sugar, lemon juice, mango chunks, mix well and bring it to boil.

Cook for 10-12 minutes.

Blend the mixture with the help of blender.

With the help of strainer, strain the blended mixture in a bowl.

Add the strained mango pulp in the prepared black tea and mix well. Keep in refrigerator until use.

In a serving glass add ice cubes, mango chunks, lemon slices, prepared mango tea and serve!
