Ingredients:

Cherry Mojito:

  • Cherries 200g
  • Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1 & ½ tbs
  • Lemon juice 3 tbs
  • Podian (Mint leaves) 5-6
  • Lemon slices 2
  • Crushed ice
  • 7up

Pineapple Mojito:

  • Tukhme balanga (Basil seeds) 2 tbs
  • Water 1 Cup
  • Pineapple chunks 200g
  • Coconut water ½ Cup
  • Lemon juice 2 tbs
  • Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1 & ½ tbs
  • Podina (Mint leaves) 5-6
  • Crushed ice
  • Soaked basil seeds 1 tbs
  • 7up
  • Lime slices 2

Mango Mojito:

  • Aam (Mangoes) cubes 200g
  • Lemon juice 2 tbs
  • Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1 & ½ tbs
  • Podina (Mint leaves) 4-5
  • Lime slices 2
  • Crushed ice
  • Soaked basil seeds 1 tbs
  • 7up

Directions:

Cherry Mojito:

Deseed cherries with the help of straw.

In a blender jug,add deseeded cherries,caster sugar,lemon juice,blend well & set aside.

In a mason jar,add mint leaves,lemon slices & muddle to extract juices.

Add crushed ice,cherry mixture & 7up.

Garnish with cherries,mint leaves & serve!

Pineapple Mojito:

In a bowl,add basil seeds,water & soak for 5-10 minutes & set aside.

In a blender jug,add pineapple,coconut water,lemon juice,caster sugar,blend well & set aside.

In a mason jar,add mint leaves & muddle to extract juices.

Add crushed ice,soaked basil seeds,pineapple mixture,7up,lime slices & stir.

Garnish with lime & pineapple slices,mint leaves & serve!
