Turkish Testi Kebab are cooked in a clay pot or jug which helps preserve the freshness, flavors and aroma as ingredients are cooked slowly in their own juices. This dish is inspired by our trip to Turkey, we tried these in Cappadocia and Istanbul. #HappyCookingToYou #SimplySufi #SufiOilandGhee
Cut chicken fillets into cubes then wash & pat dry.
In bowl,add chicken boneless cubes,onion,colored bell pepper,garlic,green chilies,cumin seeds,paprika powder,dried thyme,black pepper crushed,salt,fresh basil leaves,tomato paste,sufi cooking oil and mix well.
Dip clay pot in water for 1-2 hours.
In clay pot or handi,add chicken+vegetable mixture,butter and bay leaves.
Wet clay pot with water and place rolled dough,seal properly and prick with skewer.
Bake in preheated oven at 200 C for 1 hour.
Remove bay leaves & serve!

Bowl mein chicken boneless cubes,pyaz,colored bell pepper,lehsan,har mirch,zeera,paprika powder, dried thyme,kali mirch crushed,namak,fresh basil leaves,tomato paste aur sufi cooking oil dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Clay pot or handi ko 1-2 hours kliya pani mein dip ker lein.
Clay pot mein chicken+vegetable mixture,makhan aur bay leaves dal dein.
Clay pot ko geela karein aur rolled dough rakh ker ache tarhan seal karein aur skewer sa prick ker lein.
Preheated oven mein 200 C per 1 hour kliya bake ker lein.
Tez paat ko nikal lein & serve karein.
