Ingredients:

Prepare Boora Sugar:

-Sugar 1 Cup

-Water 3 tbs

-Olepr’s Tarrka Desi Ghee 1 tbs

Prepare Baisan Ladoo:

-Olper’s Tarrka Desi Ghee ½ Cup

-Baisan (Gram flour) sifted 3 Cups

-Olepr’s Tarrka Desi Ghee 2 tbs

-Olepr’s Tarrka Desi Ghee 2 tbs

-Water 2 tbs

-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) ½ tsp

-Badam (Almonds) chopped 1 tbs

-Pista (Pistachios) chopped 1 tbs

 

Directions:

Prepare Boora Sugar:

-In a wok,add sugar,water,mix well & cook on medium flame until sugar is dissolved (2-3 minutes).

-Add desi ghee,mix well & cook for a minute then move it to a cool surface & keep stirring until cools down.Boora sugar is ready!

Prepare Baisan Laddu:

-In a wok,add desi ghee & let it melt.

-Add gram flour,mix well & cook on medium low flame until fragrant (8-10 minutes).

-Add 1-2 tbs of desi ghee in between,mix continuously & cook on low flame until smooth paste is formed (3-4 minutes).

-Add water,mix well & cook on low flame until it dries up (2 minutes).

-Remove from flame,add cardamom powder,almonds,pistachios & mix continuously until cools down to room temperature.

-Now add prepared boora sugar & mix until well combined.

-Grease hands with ghee,take a small quantity of mixture (50g) & make laddu of equal sizes (makes 12)

-Garnish with edible silver leaf,pistachios,dried rose petals & serve!
