Ingredients:

-Boneless chicken cubes 200g

-Paprika powder ½ tsp

-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste

-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp

-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tsp

-Lemon juice 1 tbs

-Cooking oil 1 tbs

-Mayonnaise 3 tbs

-Hot sauce 2 tbs

-Olper’s Cheddar cheese ¾ Cup

-Olper’s Mozzarella cheese ¾ Cup

-Baisan (Gram flour) sifted 1 & ½ Cup

-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste

-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste

-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ¼ tsp

-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp

-Baking soda ¼ tsp

-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) ½ tsp

-Water 1 Cup or as required

-Hari mirch (Green chillies) whole as required

-Safed til (Sesame seeds) as required substitute: Breadcrumbs as required

-Cooking oil for frying

 

Directions:

-In a frying pan,add chicken,paprika powder,salt,black pepper powder,ginger garlic paste,lemon juice.mix well & marinate for 15 minutes.

-Add cooking oil,turn on the flame & mix well until it changes color,cover & cook on low flame until chicken is tender then cook om high flame until it dries up.

-Let it cool.

-In a chopper,add cooked chicken & chop well.

-In a bowl,add chopped chicken,mayonnaise,hot sauce & mix well.

-Add cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,mix well & set aside.

-In a bowl,add gram flour,red chilli powder,salt,turmeric powder,cumin powder,baking soda,ginger garlic paste,gradually add water & whisk well.

-Slit green chillies with the help of knife & deseed them.

-Stuffed green chillies with prepared filling,coat in gram flour batter then coat with sesame seeds (makes 30-35) & let them rest for 15 minutes.

-Can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks in freezer.

-In a wok,heat cooking oil & fry on medium flame until golden & crispy.
