Prepare Ranch Dressing:

-Olper’s cream 1/3 Cup

-Mayonnaise 1/3 Cup

-Dahi (Yogurt) 1/3 Cup

-Olper’s milk 3 tbs

-Lemon juice 1 tbs

-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp

-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ¼ tsp

-Onion powder ½ tsp

-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste

-Soya (Dill) chopped ½ tbs

-Fresh parsley chopped 1 tbs

Prepare Grilled Chicken:

-Chicken fillets 350g

-Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp

-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp

-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ¼ tsp

-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste

-Cooking oil 1 tbs

-Iceberg 2-3 Cups

-Corn kernels boiled 1 Cup

-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) cubes 1 Cup

-Pyaz (Onion) cubes 1 Cup

-Cherry tomatoes 1 Cup

-Olper’s Cheddar cheese 100g

-Fresh parsley chopped

-Olper’s Cheddar cheese as required



Prepared Ranch Dressing:

-In a bowl,add cream,mayonnaise,yogurt,milk,lemon juice,black pepper crushed,garlic powder, onion powder,salt,dill,fresh parsley & whisk well.Ranch dressing is ready!

Prepared Grilled Chicken:

-Pound chicken fillets with meat mallet from both sides & set aside.

-In a dish,add Worcestershire sauce,red chilli crushed,black pepper crushed,salt,prepared ranch dressing 2-3 tbs & mix well.

-Add chicken fillets & coat evenly.

-On a grilled pan,add cooking oil,chicken fillets & grill on low flame from both sides until done (5-6 minutes each side) then cut into cubes & set aside.

-In a bowl,add iceberg,corn kernels,capsicum,onion,cherry tomatoes,cheddar cheese,cooked chicken & mix well.

-Now add prepared ranch dressing & mix until well combined.

-Garnish with fresh parsley,cheddar cheese & serve!
