Ingredients:

Prepare Cheese Vegetable Bread:

-Band gobhi (Cabbage) 1 medium

-Gajar (Carrot) 1 small (you can skip or replace with cabbage)

-Hari mirch (Green chilli) 1

-Anday (Eggs) 3-4

-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed to taste

-Pink salt to taste

-Cheddar cheese ¾ Cup or as required

-Makhan (Butter) 1 tbs

Prepare Grilled Chicken:

-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ¼ tsp

-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ¼ tsp

-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ¼ tsp or to taste

-Dried oregano ¼ tsp

-Onion powder ¼ tsp

-Pink salt ¼ tsp or to taste

-Chicken fillet 250g

-Makhan (Butter) 1 tbs

Prepare Keto Garlic Sauce:

-Podina (Mint leaves) 10-12

-Lehsan (Garlic) 2-3 cloves

-Lemon juice ½ tbs

-Dahi (Yogurt) hung ½ Cup

-Cream ¼ Cup

-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed to taste

-Pink salt to taste

 

Directions:

Prepare Cheese Vegetable Bread:

-Shred cabbage,peel & cut carrot & green chilli (deseed) in julienne with the help of knife & take out in a bowl.

-In a bowl,add all vegetables,eggs,black pepper crushed,salt & mix well.

-Add grated cheddar cheese,mix well & set aside.

-In stovetop sandwich maker,add butter & let it melt.

-Add prepared egg & vegetable mixture,spread evenly,cover & close sandwich maker & cook directly on medium flame from both sides until done (makes 4 slices).

Prepare Grilled Chicken:

-In a bowl,add garlic powder,black pepper powder,red chilli powder,dried oregano,onion powder, pink salt,mix well & set aside.

-Pound chicken fillet with the help of meat mallet from both sides then cut in half.

-Sprinkle prepared seasoning on both sides of chicken fillet & rub evenly.

-In stovetop sandwich maker,add butter & let it melt.

-Add seasoned chicken,cover & close sandwich maker & cook directly on low flame from both sides until done & let it rest for 2 minutes then cut into slices & set aside.

Prepare Keto Garlic Sauce:

-Finely chop mint leaves,garlic & take out in a bowl.

-Add lemon juice,yogurt,cream,black pepper crushed,pink salt & mix well.

Assembling:

-On cheese vegetable bread,add & spread prepared keto garlic sauce,add chicken slices & cover with another cheese vegetable bread to make a sandwich.

-Cut into slices & serve with keto garlic sauce!
