  • Olive oil 1 tbs
  • Zeera (Cumin seeds) ½ tsp
  • Hari mirch (Green chili) chopped 1 tsp
  • Lehsan (Garlic) crushed 1 tsp
  • Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 small
  • Tamatar (Tomato) chopped ½ Cup
  • Shimla mirch (Capsicum) chopped ½ Cup
  • Gajar (Carrot) chopped ½ Cup
  • Matar (Peas) ¼ Cup
  • Pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
  • Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tsp or to taste
  • Instant oats 1 Cup
  • Pani (Water) 1 Cup or as required


In pot,add olive oil,cumin seeds,green chili,garlic and mix well.

Add onion,mix well and fry until translucent.

Add tomato and mix well.

Add capsicum,carrot,peas,pink salt,red chili powder and mix well.

Cover and cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.

Add instant oats and mix well for 2 minutes.

Add water,mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes or until done.

Garnish with fresh coriander & serve.
