Caramel sauce:

  • Cheeni (Sugar) ½ cup
  • Makhan (Butter) 1 & ½ tbs
  • Cream 6-7 tbs

Caramel Frappuccino:

  • Ice cubes 8-10
  • Doodh (Milk) 1 & ½ cup
  • Instant coffee 1 & ½ tbs
  • Water (hot) 3 tbs
  • Cheeni (Sugar) 2 tbs
  • Vanilla essence ½ tsp
  • Prepared Caramel sauce 1/3 cup


  • Caramel sauce
  • Prepared Caramel frappucino
  • Whipped cream
  • Caramel sauce


Grease frying pan with oil.

Add sugar and let it melt on low heat. Mix & cook on low flame until sugar melts and turns to brown.

Add butter and mix well.

Add cream while mix continuously. Let it cool and reserve it for later use. Caramel sauce is ready.

In a blender jug add ice cubes & milk.

Dissolve instant coffee powder in hot water and add in blender jug.

Add sugar, vanilla essence, prepared caramel sauce and blend well.


On the sides of a serving glass pour prepared caramel sauce.

Pour Caramel Frappuccino, garnish with whipped cream and caramel sauce.

Serve chilled!
