  • Chicken boneless cubes ½ kg
  • Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) 1 tsp
  • Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
  • Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
  • Soy sauce 1 tbs
  • Anday ki safedi (Egg white) 1
  • Cornflour 3/4 Cup
  • Maida (All-purpose flour) ½ Cup
  • Baking powder 1/4 tsp
  • Knorr chicken powder 1 sachet (10g)
  • Cooking oil for frying
  • Knorr tomato ketchup 1/4 Cup
  • Honey 2 tbs
  • Soy sauce 2 & ½ tbs
  • Til ka tel (Sesame oil) 1 tsp
  • Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tbs
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Chicken yakhni (Stock) 3/4 Cup
  • Cornflour 1 tbs
  • Cooking oil 1 tbs
  • Lehsan (Garlic) chopped ½ tbs
  • Safed til (Sesame seeds) roasted ½ tbs
  • Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves


In bowl,add chicken boneless cubes,garlic paste,black pepper crushed,salt,soy sauce,egg white and mix well,cover & marinate for 30 minutes.

In bowl,add cornflour,all-purpose flour,baking powder,chicken powder and mix well.

Now add chicken marinated cubes,cover & shake well.

In wok,heat cooking oil and fry chicken cubes for 2-3 minutes then take out and rest for 10 minutes then again fry until crispy & golden.

In small jug,add tomato ketchup,honey,soy sauce,sesame oil,vinegar,sugar,chicken stock,cornflour, whisk well & set aside.

In wok,add cooking oil,garlic and mix well.

Add prepared sauce,mix well and cook until sauce is thick.

Add fried chicken,sesame seeds and mix well.

Garnish with green onion leaves & serve!
