Prepare Coffee Mixture:

-Hot water ½ Cup

-Instant coffee 2 tbs

-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 2 tbs

Prepare Hot Fudge Sauce:

-Makhan (Butter) 60g

-Cocoa powder ¼ Cup

-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) ½ Cup

-Vanilla essence 1 tsp

-Hot water ½ Cup

-Namak (Salt) 1 pinch

-Semi sweetened dark chocolate chopped 100g

-Cream 1/3 Cup


-Hico Dairy Cookies & Cream ice cream

-Brownie pieces

-Hico Dairy Chocolate Fudge ice cream

-Whipped cream



Prepare Coffee Mixture:

-In a cup,add hot water,instant coffee,caster sugar,mix well & set aside.

Prepare Hot Fudge Sauce:

-In a saucepan,add butter & let it melt.

-Add cocoa powder,caster sugar,vanilla essence & mix well.

-Add hot water & mix well.

-Add salt,dark chocolate,on low flame,add cream,mix well & cook on medium flame until it thickens (3-4 minutes).

-Let it cool at room temperature.


-In a serving bowl,add Hico Cookies & cream scoops & spread evenly.

-Add prepared hot fudge sauce,brownie pieces & brush prepared coffee mixture on brownie pieces.

-Add prepared hot fudge sauce,cover with cling film & let it freeze for 1 hour or until set.

-Add Hico Chocolate fudge scoops & spread evenly,cover with cling film & freeze for 4 hours or until serve.

-Garnish with whipped cream,hot fudge sauce & brownie pieces.

-Keep in refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.

-Garnish just before serving.
