Chimichurri Sauce:

  • Fresh parsley 1 & ½ Cup
  • Lehsan (Garlic) cloves 9-10
  • Dried oregano 1 & ½ tbs
  • Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
  • Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 2 tsp
  • Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tbs
  • Paprika powder 1 & ½ tsp
  • Sirka (Vinegar) ¼ Cup
  • Olive oil ¼ Cup or as required

Grilled Glazed Chicken:

  • Chicken 350g
  • Tomato paste 1 tbs
  • Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) 1 tbs
  • Hari mirch (Green chilli) crushed 1 & ½ tsp
  • Lemon zest 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbs
  • Brown sugar powdered 1 & ½ tbs
  • Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
  • Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tsp or to taste
  • Paprika powder 1 tsp
  • Kali mirch (Black pepper) whole ½ tsp
  • Olive oil 2-3 tbs
  • Olive oil 1 tbs


himichurri Sauce:

In chopper,add fresh parsley,garlic,dried oregano and chop well.

Take out in a bowl,salt,black pepper powder,red chilli crushed,paprika powder,vinegar,olive oil and mix well.Chimichurri sauce is ready!

Grilled Glazed Chicken:

Cut chicken fillets into half then cut into half slices & set aside.

In a bowl,add tomato paste,garlic paste,green chilli crushed,lemon zest,lemon juice,brown sugar, salt,red chilli powder,paprika powder,black pepper whole (crush with the help of grinder crusher mill shakers),chicken and mix well.

Add olive oil and mix well,cover and marinate for 30 minutes.

On grill pan,add olive oil and spread evenly.

Place marinated chicken and grill from both sides until done (4-5 minutes).

On grilled glazed chicken,add chimichurri sauce & serve!
