Homemade Custard Trifle

Ingredients:

  • Doodh (Milk) 2 Cups
  • Cream ¼ Cup
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Anday ki zardi (Egg yolks) 4
  • Caster sugar 1/3 Cup or to taste
  • Corn flour 1 & ½ tbs

Marshmallows Cream:

  • Marshmallows 1 & ½ Cups
  • Chocolate chips 2 tbs
  • Pani (Water) 1-2 tbs
  • Biscuits of your choice

Directions:

In pot,add milk,cream,vanilla essence and whisk well.

In bowl,add egg yolks and whisk well.

Add caster sugar and whisk well until well combined.

Add corn flour and whisk well.

Add ½ Cup of hot milk mixture in a bowl and whisk well.

Gradually add this mixture into hot milk mixture and whisk continuously and cook until it become thick and creamy.

Let it cool.

For Marshmallows Cream:

In marshmallows,add chocolate chips and water,microwave for 30 seconds then whisk well and again microwave for 10 seconds and stir well.

In zip lock bag,add biscuits and crush well & set aside.

In serving bowls,add crushed biscuits,prepared custard,dry nuts and top with marshmallows cream.

Decorate with white chocolate & serve.
