  • Til (Sesame seeds) 250g
  • Ghee (Clarified butter) 1 tbs
  • Gur (Jaggery) 250g



In a wok,add sesame seeds,dry roast until fragrant & set aside.

In the same wok,add clarified butter & let it melt.

Add jaggery,mix well & cook until it turns thick & foamy (6-8 minutes).

To check if syrup is ready, pour few drops in water if they dissolve, its ready to use.

Add roasted sesame seeds & mix well.

Let it cool for 5 minutes.

With the help of greased hands & spoon,take small quantity of mixture (16g) & make balls of equal sizes (makes 30).

Let them cool completely & store ladoos in airtight jar or container.
