  • Bread slices 8
  • Doodh (Milk) 2 Cups
  • Sugar ½ Cup
  • Doodh (Milk) ½ Cup
  • Ghee (Clarified butter) 4-5 tbs
  • Elaichi ke daane (Cardamom pods) crushed ½ tsp
  • Anday (Eggs) 2
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Ghee (Clarified butter) 1-2 tbs
  • Cream 3-4 tbs
  • Darchini powder (Cinnamon powder) ¼ tsp
  • Pista (Pistachios) sliced 1 tbs
  • Akhrot (Walnuts) sliced 1 tbs
  • Badam (Almonds) sliced 1 tbs
  • Chandi warq (Edible silver leaf)
  • Pista (Pistachios) sliced
  • Badam (Almonds) sliced


Trim the edges of bread slices with the help of knife.

In a bowl & shred bread slices.

Add milk,mix & mash well & set aside.

In a small jug,add sugar,milk,mix well until sugar is dissolve & set aside.

In a wok,add clarified butter & let it melt.

Add cardamom seeds & mix well.

Add bread mixture,mix well & cook on medium flame until it leaves the sides of the pot (4-5 minutes).

Now add milk & sugar mixture,mix well & cook for 3-4 minutes.

Add whisked eggs,mix well & cook for 3-4 minutes.

Add vanilla essence,mix well & cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.

Add clarified butter,mix well and cook on low flame until it leaves the sides of the pot (2-3 minutes).

Add cream & mix until well combined.

Add cinnamon powder,pistachios,walnuts,almonds & mix well.

Garnish with edible silver leaf,pistachio,almond & serve!
