-Maida (All-purpose flour) 250g (1 & ¾ Cup)

-Olper’s Milk powder ¼ Cup

-Baking powder 3 tsp

-Makhan (Butter) 250g (room temperature)

-Icing sugar 250g

-Anday (Eggs) 6 refrigerated

-Vanilla essence 1 tsp

-Namak (Salt) 1 pinch

-Apples peeled & cubes 2 medium

-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 3 tbs

-Darchini powder (Cinnamon powder) 1 tsp

-Brown sugar powdered 100g (¾ Cup)

-Darchini powder (Cinnamon powder) 2 tsp

-Makhan (Butter) melted 60g

-Apple sliced

-Icing sugar



-In a bowl,place sifter,add all-purpose flour,milk powder,baking powder,sift together & set aside.

-In a bowl,add butter & beat well.

-Add icing sugar & beat well until creamy.

-Add eggs,one by one & beat until well combined.

-Add vanilla essence,salt & beat well.

-Gradually add flour mixture,beat until well combined & set aside.

-In a bowl,add apple,caster sugar,cinnamon powder & mix well.

-In cake batter,add coated apple & fold well.

-On 8-inch greased baking pan lined with butter paper,add cake batter,spread evenly & tap few times.

-In a bowl,add brown sugar,cinnamon powder,butter & mix well.

-Pour cinnamon & sugar mixture over top of cake batter & make swirls with the help of wooden skewer.

-Place apple slices & bake in preheated oven at 180C for 35 minutes.

-Take out from oven & let it cool completely.

-Sprinkle icing sugar,cut into slices & serve!
