Breakfast Egg Patty

-Anday (Eggs) boiled 6-8

-Mustard paste 1 tbs

-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) chopped ½ Cup

-Pyaz (Onion) chopped ½ Cup

-Hari mirch (Green chillies) sliced 3-4

-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped ½ Cup

-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 2 tsp

-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste

-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ¼ tsp

-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste

-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) ½ tsp

-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 Cup

-Anday (Eggs) whisked 1-2

-Breadcrumbs 1 Cup

-Cooking oil for frying



-In a bowl,grate eggs with the help of grater.

-Add mustard paste,capsicum,onion,green chillies,fresh coriander,garlic powder,red chilli powder, turmeric powder,pink salt,cumin powder & mix well.

-Grease hands with oil,take small quantity of mixture (50g) & make patties of equal sizes.

-Coat with all-purpose flour then dip into whisked eggs & coat with breadcrumbs.

-In a frying pan,heat cooking oil & shallow fry on medium flame from both sides until golden & crispy (makes 10) & serve!
