Eid Special Nutella Crunch Ice cream Cake

Ingredients:

-Nutella spread 300g

-Rice flakes 3 Cups

-Hico Dairy Vanilla Ice cream

-Melted chocolate

 

Directions:

-In a bowl,add nutella spread,microwave for a minute & mix well until smooth.

-Add rice flakes,fold gently & set aside.

-Line 7” inch baking pan with aluminum foil.

-Transfer 2/3rd portion of Nutella coated rice flakes in baking pan,spread evenly & freeze for 30 minutes.

-Spread 1/3rd remaining portion of Nutella coated rice flakes on a clean working surface lined with butter paper,spread evenly & freeze for 30 minutes then take it out from freezer & chop roughly with the help of knife & set aside.

-In a bowl,add vanilla ice cream,roughly chopped Nutella coated rice flakes & fold with the help of spatula.

-Transfer the ice cream to the already set baking pan,spread evenly & freeze for 8-10 hours or overnight in freezer.

-Carefully remove ice cream cake from pan,garnish with melted chocolate & serve!
