Ingredients:

-Cooking oil 1 tsp

-Lehsan (Garlic) 7-8 cloves

-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) handful

-Nurpur Butter salted 60g

-Conchiglie pasta 250g (90% boiled with salt)

-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp

-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 2 tsp

-Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp or to taste

-Onion powder 1 tsp

-Chicken powder ½ tbs (optional)

-Parmesan cheese powder 1 & ½ tbs

-Cherry tomatoes halved ½ Cup

-Fresh basil leaves 16-18

-Pasta water/Water 2-3 tbs (if required)

-Cheddar cheese 2-3 tbs

 

Directions:

-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,garlic & fry on low flame until light golden.

-Let it cool.

-In a grinding jug,add fried garlic,fresh coriander,butter & grind well to make a thick paste.Garlic butter is ready!

-In a wok,add prepared garlic butter & let it melt on low flame.

-Add boiled pasta & mix well.

-Add black pepper crushed,red chilli crushed,pink salt,onion powder,chicken powder,parmesan cheese, cherry tomatoes,fresh basil leaves & mix well.

-Add water,cheddar cheese & mix well until cheese melts & serve!
