Aglio Olio (Spaghetti with Garlic & Oil):

  • Lehsan (Garlic) cloves 9-10
  • Thai red chillies 2-3
  • Fresh parsley handful
  • Olive oil 1/3 Cup
  • Spaghetti 200g (boiled with salt as per pack’s instruction)
  • Spaghetti water ½ Cup

Grilled Chicken:

  • Chicken fillet 200g
  • Namak (Salt) to taste
  • Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped
  • Olive oil 1
  • Olive oil 1-2 tbs
  • Fresh parsley
  • Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed


Aglio Olio (Spaghetti with Garlic & Oil):

Thinly slice garlic cloves & thai red chillies with the help of knife & set aside.

Finely chop fresh parsley & set aside.

In a wok,add olive oil,garlic,thai red chillies & cook for a minute.

Add boiled spaghetti,fresh parsley & mix well.

Add spaghetti water,mix well & cook for a minute.

Grilled Chicken:

Pound chicken fillet with the help of meat mallet or kitchen hammer from both sides.

Sprinkle salt,black pepper powder,fresh parsley on both sides & rub evenly.

Add olive oil,rub evenly on both sides & marinate for 15-20 minutes.

On a cast iron grill pan,add olive oil,spread evenly & grill marinated fillet on medium flame from both sides until golden brown (8-10 minutes) then cut into slices & set aside.

Sprinkle fresh parsley & red chilli crushed & serve spaghetti with grilled chicken & 7up.
