  • Keri (Raw mangoes) 3
  • Cheeni (Sugar) ½ Cup or to taste
  • Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tsp or to taste
  • Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
  • Pani (Water) ¼ Cup or as required


In frying pan,add raw mangoes,cover and dry roast on medium heat until pulp is soft,turn sides occasionally,peel off skin and take out the raw mango pulp.

In raw mango pulp,add sugar,red chili powder,salt and water,mix well until sugar is dissolved.

Keri panna is ready.
