Ingredients:
Prepare BBQ Marinade:
-Soy sauce 1 & ½ tbs
-Lemon juice 1 & ½ tbs
-BBQ sauce 2 tbs
-Dahi (Yogurt) 1/3 Cup
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
-Tandoori masala 2 tbs
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Boneless chicken ½ Kg
-Cooking oil 3-4 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped ½ Cup
-Koyla (Charcoal) for smoke
Prepare Fajita Marinade:
-Olive oil 2 tbs
-Lemon juice 2 tbs
-Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) 1 tsp
-Brown sugar powdered 1 tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) ½ tsp
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
-Dried oregano 1 tsp
-Paprika powder 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
-Boneless chicken 500g
-Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
-Pizza base 9-inch
-Pizza sauce
-Cheese grated
-Red bell pepper julienne
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne
-Pyaz (Onion) julienne
-Cheese grated
-Black olives sliced
Prepare Chilli Garlic Marinade:
-Chilli garlic sauce ¼ Cup
-Soy sauce 2 tbs
-Adrak (Ginger) crushed 2 tsp
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 2 tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
-Boneless chicken 500g
-Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
-Burger bun
-Burger sauce
-Salad patta (Lettuce leaves)
-Tomato ketchup
-Cooked fillet
-Cheese slice
-Burger sauce
-Pyaz (Onion) & Tamatar (Tomato) slice

Prepare Fiery Chatkhara Marinade:
-Hot sauce 2 tbs
-Soy sauce 1 & ½ tbs
-Honey 1 & ½ tsp
-Cooking oil ½ tbs
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 2 tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Paprika powder ½ tbs
-Water 2 tbs
-Boneless chicken 500g
-Pyaz (Onion) cubes
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) cubes
-Tamatar (Tomato) cubes
-Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
Prepare Cajun Marinade:
-Olive oil 2 tbs
-Sirka (Vinegar) 1 & ½ tbs
-Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) 2 tsp
-Paprika powder 2 tsp
-Dried oregano 1 tsp
-Onion powder 1 tsp
-Dried thyme 1 tsp
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Dried basil leaves ½ tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Boneless chicken 500g
-Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
Prepare Greek Marinade:
-Olive oil 1 & ½ tbs
-Lemon juice 1 tbs
-Honey 1 tsp
-Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) 2 tsp
-Mustard paste 1 tbs
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
-Onion powder 1 tsp
-Dried oregano 1 tsp
-Lemon zest ½ tsp
-Fresh parsley chopped 1 tsp
-Boneless chicken 500g
-Cooking oil 2-3 tbs

Directions:
Prepare BBQ Marinade:
-In a bowl,add soy sauce,lemon juice,bbq sauce,yogurt,ginger garlic paste,tandoori masala,black pepper crushed,salt & whisk well.
-In a zip lock bag,add chicken,prepared marinade,mix well & remove as much air as possible,seal the bag & freeze.
-Marinated chicken can be stored in freezer for up to 3 months.
Prepare BBQ Rice:
-In a wok,add cooking oil,onion & sauté for 2-3 minutes.
-Add marinated bbq chicken (thawed overnight) & mix well,cover & cook on medium flame for 6-8 minutes then cook on high flame until oil separates (4-5 minutes).
-Give coal smoke for 2 minutes.
-Assemble cooked bbq chicken on rice,drizzle sauce & serve!
Prepare Fajita Marinade:
-In a bowl,add olive oil,lemon juice,garlic paste,brown sugar,red chilli powder,cumin powder,red chilli crushed,dried oregano,paprika powder,salt,garlic powder & whisk well.
-In a zip lock bag,add chicken,prepared marinade,mix well & remove as much air as possible,seal the bag & freeze.
-Marinated chicken can be stored in freezer for up to 3 months.
Prepare Chicken Pizza:
-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,marinated fajita chicken (thawed overnight),mix well & cook on medium flame until done.
-On pizza base,add & spread pizza sauce,cheese,cooked fajita chicken,red bell pepper,capsicum, onion,cheese,black olive & bake in preheated oven at 180C until cheese melts (8-10 minutes).
Prepare Chilli Garlic Marinade:
-In a bowl,add chilli garlic sauce,soy sauce,ginger,garlic powder,black pepper powder,salt,cooking oil & whisk well.
-In a zip lock bag,add chicken,prepared marinade,mix well & remove as much air as possible,seal the bag & freeze.
-Marinated chicken can be stored in freezer for up to 3 months.
Prepare Chicken Burger:
-On a cast iron grill pan,add cooking oil,chilli garlic chicken (thawed overnight) & cook on low flame from both sides until done (4-5 minutes).
-On burger bun,add burger sauce,lettuce leaves,tomato ketchup,cooked chicken,cheese slice,onion,tomato slice,tomato ketchup & cover with top bun to make burger.
Prepare Fiery Chatkhara Marinade:
-In a bowl,add hot sauce,soy sauce,honey,cooking oil,ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder,salt,red chilli crushed,black pepper powder,paprika powder,water & whisk well.
-In a zip lock bag,add chicken,prepared marinade,mix well & remove as much air as possible,seal the bag & freeze.
-Marinated chicken can be stored in freezer for up to 3 months.
Prepare Chicken Skewers:
-Skew fiery chatkhara marinated chicken (thawed overnight) on wooden skewers along with onion,capsicum & tomato.
-On a griddle,add cooking oil & fry chicken skewers on medium low flame until done (5-6 minutes) & serve!
Prepare Cajun Marinade:
-In a bowl,add olive oil,vinegar,garlic paste,paprika powder,dried oregano,onion powder,dried thyme, red chilli crushed,salt,dried basil leaves,black pepper powder & whisk well.
-In a zip lock bag,add chicken,prepared marinade,mix well & remove as much air as possible,seal the bag & freeze.
-Marinated chicken can be stored in freezer for up to 3 months.
Prepare Cajun Pasta:
-On a cast iron pan,add cooking oil,marinated cajun chicken (thawed overnight) & cook on low flame from both sides until done (3-4 minutes each side).
-Cut cooked chicken into strips & serve on cajun pasta!
Prepare Greek Marinade:
-In a bowl,add olive oil,lemon juice,honey,garlic paste,mustard paste,salt,black pepper crushed, onion powder,dried oregano,lemon zest,fresh parsley & whisk well.
-In a zip lock bag,add chicken,prepared marinade,mix well & remove as much air as possible,seal the bag & freeze.
-Marinated chicken can be stored in freezer for up to 3 months.
Prepare Greek Salad:
-On a frying pan,add cooking oil,marinated Greek chicken (thawed overnight) & cook on low flame from both sides until done (3-4 minutes each side).
-Cut cooked chicken into pieces,dizzle sauce & serve!
How to Use Marinated Chicken:
-When you are ready to cook, thaw chicken in refrigerator overnight.
-Cook, grill or bake until done.
-Use chicken as samosa or roll filling (shredded or minced).
-Make tacos, paratha, sandwiches or top up your salads.
-Cook & serve with rice, pasta or noodles.
