Ingredients:

-Cooking oil 2 tbs

-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs

-Tamatar (Tomatoes) sliced 3 medium

-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste

-Dried Italian herbs 1 tsp

-Paprika powder 1 tsp

-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp

-Water 1 Cup

-Stock cube 1

-Cooking oil 2 tbs

-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs

-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium

-Beef qeema (Mince) hand chopped lean 300g

-Paprika powder 1 tsp

-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste

-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp

-Dried Italian herbs 1 tsp

-Water ½ Cup or as required

-Tomato paste 2 tbs

-Fresh basil leaves chopped handful

-Elbow pasta 250g boiled with salt

-Olper’s Mozzarella cheese grated 50g

-Olper’s Cheddar cheese grated 50g

-Olper’s Mozzarella cheese grated 80g

-Fresh basil leaves chopped

 

Directions:

-In a saucepan,add cooking oil,garlic & mix well.

-Add tomatoes,pink salt,dried Italian herb,paprika powder,black pepper crushed,mix well & cook on medium flame for 1-2 minutes,cover & cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes.

-Add water,stock cube & mix well.

-Turn off the flame,blend well & set aside.

-In a wok,add cooking oil,garlic,onion & sauté until translucent.

-Add beef mince & mix well until it changes color.

-Add paprika powder,pink salt,black pepper crushed,dried Italian herbs,mix well & cook on medium flame for 1-2 minutes.

-Add water & mix well,cover & cook for 8-10 minutes.

-Add tomato paste & mix well.

-Add fresh basil leaves & mix well.

-Add boiled pasta,prepared tomato sauce,mozzarella cheese,cheddar cheese & mix well.

-Add mozzarella cheese & fresh basil leaves,cover & steam cook on low flame until cheese melts (4-5 minutes) & serve.
