-Strawberries 400g

-Strawberries 150g

-Whipping cream 500ml

-Condensed milk ¾ Cup

-Strawberry essence 1 tsp (optional)

-Pink food color 1 pinch or as required



-Remove the head of strawberries with the help of knife.

-In blender jug,add strawberries & blend well to make a puree & set aside (approx. 1 Cup).

-On a clean cutting board,coarsely chop strawberries & set aside.

-In a bowl,add whipping cream & beat well until stiff peaks form.

-Add condensed milk,strawberry essence & beat well.

-Add strawberries puree & beat until well combined.

-Add pink food color & beat well.

-Add chopped strawberries & fold with the help of spatula.

-In an airtight container,add prepared strawberry mixture,spread evenly & tap few times,cover the surface with cling film and lid & freeze for overnight in freezer (yields: 2 litres).

-Once frozen completely,scoop out & serve!
