Nathia gali Anda Ghotala & Sandwich

This recipe is dedicated to our beautiful Nathia gali . We visited this beautiful location and had so much fun shooting this recipe. The entire Food Fusion team came together to make breakfast that day. Ingredients:

-Aalo (Potato) 1 large

-Himalayan pink salt to taste

-Lal mirch (Red chilli) powder ½ tsp or to taste

-Tamatar (Tomato) 1 medium

-Pyaz (Onion) 1 medium

-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 2-3

-Cooking oil 3-4 tbs

-Lal mirch (Red chillies) crushed ¼ tsp

-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ¼ tsp

-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste

-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tsp or to taste

-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) 1-2 tbs

-Makhan (Butter) 1 tbs

-Anday (Eggs) boiled 2

-Anday (Eggs) 3-4

-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed to taste
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) sliced

-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander)

-Makhan (Butter)

-Bread slices 2

-Makhan (Butter)

 

Directions:

-Peel potato & cut into small cubes.

-In a bowl,add potato,pink salt,red chilli powder,mix well & set aside.

-Finely chop tomato,onion,green chiilies & set aside.

-On a heated griddle,add cooking oil,add potato & fry on medium flame for 5-6 minutes & set aside.

-In the same oil,add onion,green chillies,mix well & sauté for 2-3 minutes.

-Add red chilli crushed,turmeric powder,pink salt,red chilli powder & mix well.

-Add tomato,fresh coriander & mix well,cover & cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes than mash well.

-Add butter & cook on medium flame for 1-2 minutes.

-Add boiled eggs (grated) & mix well.

-Add eggs,mix well & cook on medium flame for 2 minutes.

-Add black pepper crushed & mix well.

-Add cooked potatoes,green chilli,fresh coriander & butter,cover & steam cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes & serve with bread or paratha.

Prepare Sandwich:

-Grease hand sandwich toaster with butter,place a bread slice,add prepared anda ghotala mixture,place another bread slice & apply butter on it,close the sandwich toaster & grill on stove from both sides (2-3 minute).

-Cut sandwich into slices & serve!
