  • Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 3-4
  • Chuwaray (Dry dates) deseeded & chopped 3-4
  • Badam (Almonds) 4-5
  • Kaju (Cashew nuts) 4-5
  • Ghee (Clarified butter) 5 tbs or as required
  • Sooji (Semolina) 1 Cup
  • Doodh (Milk) 1 Cup
  • Zarda ka rang (Orange food color) ¼ tsp
  • Water 1 & ½ Cup
  • Equal sucralose 4 tbs or to taste
  • Badam (Almonds) sliced
  • Pista (Pistachios) sliced


In a grinder,add green cardamom,dry dates,almonds,cashew nuts & grind to make powder & set aside.

In a wok,add clarified butter & let it melt.

Add semolina,mix well & cook on low flame until its fragrant & changes color (10-12 minutes).

Add ground mixture,mix well & cook for a minute.

In milk,add orange food color and mix well.

In pot,add milk and water,mix well & cook until it thickens,cover & steam cook on low flame until oil separates (8-10 minutes).

Turn off the flame,add Equal sucralose & mix well.

Garnish with almonds,pistachios,almonds & serve!
