Haryali Chops

Ingredients:

  • Water 500 ml or as required
  • Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
  • Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
  • Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
  • Mutton chops ½ kg
  • Hari mirch (Green chillies) 2-3
  • Podina (Mint leaves) ½ Cup
  • Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) ½ Cup
  • Lemon juice 3-4 tbs
  • Anda (Egg) whisked 1
  • Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
  • Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tsp
  • Garam masala powder ½ tsp
  • Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp
  • Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
  • Baisan (Gram flour) 2 & ½ tbs
  • Breadcrumbs 1 Cup or as required
  • Cooking oil for frying

Directions:

In a wok,add water,ginger garlic paste,salt,turmeric powder and mix well.

Add mutton chops,mix and bring it to boil,cover & cook on low flame until tender (25-30 minutes) then cook on high flame until water dried up.

Let it cool.

In spice mixer,add green chillies,mint leaves,fresh coriander,lemon juice & blend well.

In a bowl,add blended greens,egg,red chilli powder,coriander powder,garam masala powder,cumin seeds,salt,gram flour and whisk well.

Add cooked mutton chops,mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.

Now coat well mutton chops in breadcrumbs.

In a wok,heat cooking oil and fry on medium flame until golden brown.
