  • Tomato ketchup 4 tbs
  • Honey 2 tbs
  • Hot sauce ¼ Cup
  • Lehsan (Garlic) chopped ½ tbs
  • Adrak (Ginger) chopped 1 tsp
  • Soy sauce 2 tbs
  • Cooking oil 2 tbs
  • Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
  • Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tbs
  • Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tbs or to taste
  • Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tbs
  • Boneless chicken small cubes 500g
  • Cooking oil 1 tbs
  • Penne pasta 250g (boiled with salt until 80% done)
  • Olper’s Mozzarella cheese ½ Cup or as required
  • Hara pyaz (Spring onion) leaves chopped
  • Til (Sesame seeds) black & white


In a bowl,add tomato ketchup,honey,hot sauce,garlic,ginger,soy sauce,cooking oil,salt,black pepper powder,red chilli powder,red chilli crushed & whisk well.

Add chicken & mix well,cover & marinate for 15 minutes.

In a frying pan,add marinated chicken,mix well & cook for 2-3 minutes,cover & cook on low flame for 6-8 minutes & set aside.

In a cast iron pan,add penne pasta,cooked chicken,mozzarella cheese,spring onion leaves,black & white sesame seeds,cover & cook on low flame until cheese melts (4-5 minutes).
