-Cooking oil 2 tbs

-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs

-Chicken qeema (Mince) ½ kg

-Cayenne powder ½ tsp

-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste

-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp

-Onion powder 1 tsp

-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste

-Paprika powder 1 tsp

-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp

-Lemon juice 1 tbs

-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 Cup

-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne 1 Cup

-Olper’s cream 100ml

-Olper’s cheddar cheese 3-4 tbs


-Tortillas 11 inches

-Iceberg shredded

-Olper’s cheddar cheese

- Olper’s mozzarella cheese

-Tortilla 5.5 inches

-Makhan (Butter)



-In a wok,add cooking oil,garlic & mix well.

-Add chicken mince & mix well until it changes color.

-Add cayenne powder,red chilli powder,garlic powder,onion powder,salt,paprika powder,cumin powder,lemon juice,mix well & cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.

-Add onion,capsicum,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.

-On low flame,add cream & mix well.

-Add cheddar cheese & mix well.

-Let it cool.


-On a large tortilla,add iceberg,chicken fajita filling,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,cover with tortilla,press gently & fold the edges up & cover the center.

-Grease griddle with butter,place tortilla wrap & cook on low flame until golden & crispy,apply butter with brush then flip & cook other side until golden & crispy (makes 5-6).

-Serve chicken Fajita crunch wrap with chilli garlic sauce!
